Please call 1.800.405.7739 to schedule a mammogram appointment.  When you call, you may have to leave a message and should receive a return phone call with in 48 hours.  The phone registration process takes about 15 minutes and you will be asked for your insurance information at the time of registration.  If you are uninsured or underinsured, there is grant money available that you may be eligible to receive for the cost of your mammogram.  Grant qualification will be determined during the registration process.
